The effort of policy makers and health care workers to tackle the increasing prevalence of HIV/AIDS remained underachieved, due to lack of appropriate knowledge, information and communication (KIC) to the public on current issues surrounding HIV/AIDS on preventive practices. And sexual risk behaviors of people living with HIV/AIDs (PLWA) have not been helpful in addressing the epidemic.
