A mysterious virus that has killed 4 people and sickened more than 200 people with tendency to cause an International public health emergency has been discovered in Wuhan, China. The property of this virus remains unknown, but a top government appointed chinese expert said on monday, "now we can say it is certain that it is a human to human transmission phenomenon". On the other hand, the World Health Organization said on monday that it was convening an emergency meeting on wednesday "to ascertain whether the outbreak constitutes a public health emergency of International concern, and what recommendations should be made to manage it".
